Account details (name, email, city), creator profile data (social handles, follower and engagement metrics — including data retrieved from Instagram with your authorisation), venue business details (including ABN), collaboration records, and payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe).

Why we collect it

To operate the marketplace: vetting applications, matching creators with offers, generating agreements, verifying published content, processing subscriptions and payouts, and meeting our legal obligations (including tax).

Instagram data

When you connect Instagram, we access your public profile and follower metrics via Meta's API solely to verify your creator profile and check required advertising disclosures on collaboration posts. You can disconnect at any time; see also Meta's data deletion instructions at [DATA_DELETION_URL].

Sharing

Creator profiles are visible to subscribed venues; venue offers are visible to approved creators. We use service providers (hosting, database, email, e-signature, payments) under contract. We do not sell personal information.
