Eligibility. Creators must be 18+ and meet the published follower and engagement thresholds. Venue accounts must be operated by authorised representatives of the business.

Collaborations. Each claimed offer is governed by a specific collaboration agreement between the creator and the venue, facilitated by the platform. Creators must comply with advertising disclosure obligations under the AANA Code of Ethics and ACCC guidance.

Acceptable use. No misleading conduct, engagement manipulation (purchased followers or engagement), harassment, or breach of any applicable law.

Suspension. We may suspend or remove accounts for breach of these terms, repeated no-shows, or failure to complete claimed deliverables.
